General

1. 2Checkout.com, Inc. is the exclusive authorized retailer of goods and services provided by Romaniangifts.com.

2. The processing and shipment of all transactions and goods will be undertaken by Romaniangifts.com.

3. You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.

4. No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and Romaniangifts.com unless and until Romaniangifts.com accepts your order by way of an e-mail confirming that your order’s acceptance. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Romaniangifts.com sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Romaniangifts.com of your offer to buy goods from its authorized retailer.

5. You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.

6. You undertake that all details you provide to Romaniangifts.com for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

7. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform Romaniangifts.com as soon as possible.

8. It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Romaniangifts.com tracks the electronic 'fingerprints' of every order placed through its web site to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

9. Romaniangifts.com may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and place the new version on the website.

10. These terms and conditions shall apply when Romaniangifts.com accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered. They shall supersede any and all other conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements or representations (except fraudulent misrepresentations) relating to your purchase, whether oral or in writing, and contain the entire agreement between Romaniangifts.com and you relating to your purchase. Romaniangifts.com advises that you print off and keep safe a copy of these terms and conditions once your order has been accepted.

12. If any of these terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable, those terms will be struck out and the other terms remain.

13. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of Romania.

Security of Payment

14. At Romaniangifts.com, we respect your privacy. We guarantee that we will never:

- Pass on your financial details.

- Pass on any personal information gathered when you place an order. Sell or rent your details. Exploit your details in any way.

15. All products and items are dispatched from our office in Romania, using agents from our national network and/or specialized courier companies. We are committed to delivering goods within the time frames specified on our web site. Timely delivery of goods is contingent upon your providing accurate address and telephone information for the recipient, and also upon the recipient being available to sign for receipt of goods. Should the recipient not be available we will attempt to deliver the goods at a later time. While primary shipping costs are included in item costs listed on our website, please note that repeated unsuccessful attempts to deliver goods to the specified delivery address may incur additional charges.

The appropriate cost of the delivery will be debited from your credit card. Please note that the shipping rates for some of our items are weight based. You must supply a contact telephone number and accurate address for delivery. If a signatory is not available at the address supplied a further charge may be made to your credit card for repeated outbound shipping.
